cube design's own violations: a numbered list, left only by the arrow
adaptations
- a file whose sections are numbered (
## 1. ...) is a cube of its own: each section is a piece. the violations page shows its pieces as tiles in a complete square, turned (‹ ›, a swipe on the cube, the arrow keys) by two kinds read from the lines every violation keeps: where it was seen and what happened to it (cube.json, insides). a violation whose line says nothing a value knows is not known yet. the text on how a violation is written lies across, below the square.
- a tap or two fingers spreading on a tile goes into the violation (
/violations/<n>/): its colours on each kind and the principles it breaks on top, then what it says.
- two fingers together (on a phone), ctrl and the wheel or a trackpad's pinch (on a computer) and escape go one level out: a violation to the violations, the violations to cube design. the ‹ stays.
- every face of the site, the home one too, sits in the smallest square that holds it, as many across as the screen holds with full rows, open places outlined; no capitals are made by a style.
- what is left: other pieces still read as one text (the principles as a numbered list, the decisions as a table, how it grew as a list). each may open as a cube the same way once it is clear which of its lines are kinds; kept here as seen.
