cube design's own violations: a numbered list, left only by the arrow

reasons

  1. the page that collects violations is one. each violation is a thing with a name and with what it says (seen, breaks, why, how, status): a piece with its faces. the page wrote them one after another under numbers, so the only grouping was the order they were written in, a master axis (1), and there was nothing to turn (12). it is the list cube design was made to replace, on the page that teaches what not to do.
  2. a cube on top, a document below. the page had the cube in its circle, but under it a text, not the cube's pieces: the screen shape kept in form and broken in meaning, as in violation 1.
  3. no way out but the arrow. the site meant two fingers to step out, but on a phone the browser took them to zoom the page, and on a computer ctrl and the wheel (a trackpad's pinch) did nothing. going out of a piece took the ‹ in the corner, the load principle 25 names.
  4. the rest of the site, seen while looking. the cube design cube's own tiles sat three across, so thirteen pieces and a pale one read as a list that wrapped (24), and the group names and table headings were made capital by a style (22).
